Eternal Position vs. Temporary Condition
If you belong to Christ, no matter what your temporary condition may be on earth, it can never change your eternal position in Heaven. Even when we can't understand what we're going through or why it's happening, God's plans and promises are eternal and we can trust that He knows what He's doing.
